

Finnish Corporate Event at Amadria Park Šibenik, Croatia

For the Finnish agency Event Garden OY, we provided technical support and audio production services for a corporate event held at the Dalmatian Ethno Village within Amadria Park Šibenik.
The event welcomed more than 350 guests from Finland and took place across seven different areas of the resort, including the main DJ stage, a live band performance zone, a mobile DJ setup, a karaoke area, a club room, and several dedicated lounge spaces.
Our scope included technical planning, audio system deployment for all event zones, on-site production support, and the management of logistical and technical challenges throughout both the preparation phase and the event itself.

The project began with a site inspection and client meeting to define the technical requirements and production approach.
On the first day, part of the lighting equipment and a mobile sound system were installed to support smaller activities taking place throughout the resort.
The second day was dedicated to the main equipment delivery, system installation, and setup. At the same time, several smaller programs were already taking place around the pool and hotel facilities, requiring portions of the production equipment to be fully operational before the complete setup was finished.
Production Across Seven Event Zones
One of the biggest challenges of the project was delivering audio production across seven different zones within the resort, each with its own specific technical requirements and event program.
The main outdoor area was reserved for a performance by a well-known Finnish DJ and required a more powerful sound system and lighting setup suitable for a large audience.
At the same time, a dedicated zone hosted an acoustic live band, while a mobile DJ setup moved between different areas of the resort throughout the event.
The production also included an afterparty at En Vogue Club, a dedicated techno zone featuring a guest DJ from Finland, a karaoke area with a large display, and several additional locations with background music and a more relaxed atmosphere.
To ensure reliable audio coverage across all areas, seven independent Harmonic Design sound systems were deployed, providing high-quality sound reproduction and dependable performance in demanding production environments.

Challenges and On-Site Adaptation
Although preparations were progressing according to plan, the weather forecast presented an additional challenge during the production period.
Rain and strong winds caused several schedule adjustments and required continuous adaptation of technical solutions on-site.
On the day of the event, our team arrived early in the morning to complete the installation, configure all audio systems, and conduct the soundcheck with the live band before guest arrival.
The situation became even more complex when the evening program had to be moved from the Dalmatian Ethno Village to an indoor hotel venue due to rain.
Such last-minute changes required a rapid response and flexible adjustments to the production plan to ensure the event continued smoothly according to schedule.

For the live band performance area, an improvised weather protection structure was built using wooden beams and protective coverings, ensuring both performers and audio equipment remained protected from adverse weather conditions.
Additional protection was also provided for the DJ area, allowing the entertainment program to continue without interruption.
Despite the challenging circumstances, all seven production zones remained fully operational throughout the event.
The live performances, DJ sets, karaoke activities, club experiences, and lounge areas continued seamlessly, allowing guests to enjoy the program regardless of the changing weather conditions.
Thanks to careful preparation, team flexibility, and rapid on-site adaptation, the event was successfully delivered, with both the client and attendees expressing a high level of satisfaction with the final result.
